Minear Appraisal Service is led by Margaret C. Minear. Born and raised on a farm in central Missouri near Malta Bend, Margaret has been involved in agriculture her whole life. She has experience with the production of soybeans, corn, wheat, hogs, beef cattle, and sheep.
Experience and professionalism matter in the appraisal business. Margaret Minear is a Certified General Appraiser licensed in both Missouri and Iowa. She acquired her expertise through formal education and many years in the appraisal business. She attends continuing education courses to stay current on her education, and is always looking for new ideas.
Margaret graduated from the University of Missouri with a BS in Horticulture in 1990. She received the majority of her appraisal education through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. She is a member of the ASFMRA and currently is the President of the Missouri Chapter of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. She has also been the past president of the Missouri Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. She is a member of the North Central Missouri Board of Realtors.
